Is BloomFam a nanny agency?
No, BloomFam is not a nanny agency. We are a marketplace connecting families and childcare providers.
How do I pay a caregiver?
However you want! You can pay them directly and BloomFam does not take any portion of the payment.
How many profiles can I match with?
Families: Free plan = 3 matches per day. Upgrade for unlimited matches, swipes & messaging ($19.99/month).
Caregivers: Always free!
How do I order a background check?
BloomFam offers background checks through a third-party provider, Checkr. You can purchase background checks on the BloomFam website. You will then receive a link to complete a background check. The results will be emailed to you.
Is BloomFam only for Nannies?
No, while you can find Nannies, BloomFam can also be used to find Babysitters, Family Assistants, Night Nurses, Help with Pets etc.
Can I use BloomFam to find temporary help?
Absolutely! BloomFam is perfect for finding help whether you need someone for one-time, occasional, or regular care. Whatever works best for your family!
